No hassle at all. That is what we are here to do. We can go about it several different ways. The first way is you can give us a call and talk to one of our knowledgeable screen printing staff. Or you can do it right from our web site. Just click on our free quote request button and then fill in the necessary information required to give you an accurate bid. After that you should receive that t-shirt quote with in 24 hours of being submitted.
Who is our normal every day clientele?
Well, we provide more t-shirts then any thing else. An every day quote request is for on custom screen printing on tee shirts or embroidery on golf shirts. We also embroider a whole lot of caps, and sweat shirts, that might vary from a small run of 1 or 2 dozen to a couple of thousand. It's all over the board. We don't really have just one way of doing things. Our customer base is so vastly different from one and other, and so diverse. We take a great deal of pride in the ability to be flexible. We always try to be faithful in the little things. Therefore we treat the small tee shirt orders with the same respect and attention to detail as the huge tee shirt orders. We understand that the person who only needs a small run of twelve to twenty four embroidered shirts is a lot of time on a very limited budget. Their purchase is just as important to him or her as a large corporation's tee shirt order is to them. We try very hard to give these type of orders the same respect and attention to detail because we know that it's all relative. I know that being sensitive to this along with an approach of giving all of our customers a great finished product on time for a great price what sets Sunburst Logo apart from the other custom screen printing and custom embroidery companies in St. Louis.
I realize that there are a whole lot of choices to pick from concerning which screen printing company that I want to choose to print my tee shirts. How do I know that yours is going to be the best choice?
Lets start with our reputation. We have over sixteen years of screen printing and embroidery experience behind us. Lets look at it this way, You just aren't going to be in business for that long if you don't know what you are doing! We use the latest t-shirt screen printing techniques as well as use what is considered to be our industry's latest and best equipment. What this does is allows us to not only print the easy jobs but also cater to the most challenging ones. Quite a few of these t-shirt logos are quite literally very complicated pieces of art. We certainly take a lot of pride in being able to do a lot of the jobs that a whole lot of other St,Louis screen printing companies cant do. Our work, ranges from the very complicated 50 different color designs to the simple 1 color screen printing designs.
How much would it be to have a tshirt screen printed?
There's a whole lot variables that we take in to consideration when we put a quote together for custom screen printing and embroidery. Every screen printing and embroidery job is unique un to it self.
We would be more then glad to furnish you with a free no obligation bid on your tshirts and any other type of garment. Our web site is supper easy to navigate on. Our on line catalog has thousands of different types of shirts hats and jackets to choose from. Just go ahead and email us your image and let us know how many of what type of tee shirt or hat you would like to put it on. Tell us if you prefer screen printing to embroidery. And we will get you your free no obligation bid with in 24 hours. Its that simple.
Am I buying a screen, and if so do I own it once the screen printing or embroidery job is finished?
We are not charging you for a screen. We are charging you to create a film in order to burn a screen. Then once the job is finished with we store the film and pull it again for reuse on a future order at know additional fee. If you decide at any time you would like to have the film we will be more then happy to let you have it. This actually ends up also being much, much easier on the environment, compared to just tossing it out in the trash after each run. It keeps used screens and filling up land fills. The reorders are simple since we don't have to color separate the image.
When you normally submit your bid does your bid also include the t-shirt?
Yes it does. The quote that is submitted includes the tshirt. We would most definitely suggest that you let us provide the tee shirt as well as the screen printing and embroidery. We can get the shirt wholesale as we buy thousands of them, will most likely result in us providing it for you for equal or less then you could obtain them on your own. If there happens to be a mis print or if there is a hole punched in the shirt during the embroidery process,we can replace the shirt affordably and easily. If you supplied them then often we cant always get them wholesale or some times we cant find them at all.
However, If you would still rather choose go out and get your own tee shirts, then we can put together a special bid together that would be for just the embroidery or screen printing image.
I am not an artist. Would your company be able to help me with my art work?
Usually our clients have their art work ready to go. It does some times need to be cleaned up or color separated for screen printing. If you do need help with your art then we can be of help. A finished t-shirt is never going to be better then the art that it originates from so good clean art is very important to this process.
I procrastinated on ordering these tee shirts till the last day before I need them. Can I still get them in time?
We will sure try to help if we can. We offer a three or four day rush service. Normally an extra rush charge will apply when you are given your bid.
How long does a screen print last?
There are many variables that will go in to determining How long you t-shirt will last. For example, How often is it washed? Is there bleach in your detergent? How often do you wear it? ect.
The most significant part of trying to get the most life out of screen printing on tee shirts is getting a good cure on the ink when drying it is dried. Some times you can be walking a very fine line between scorching the shirt and curing the shirt. Most plastisol screen printing inks will cure at 320 degrees.
embroidery logo's all most always last longer then the shirt it self.
