Customer Service Is Paramount
On our last discussion we spoke about how it’s not uncommon these days for someone to reach out and instead of having a human actually receive your call, you have to rely on some type of voicemail system and leave a message in hopes that somebody will actually return the call in a reasonable time frame. This can be disastrous. I touched on the fact that if nobody wants to take your call when they think you’re a possible client, it is very likely that they’re going to be much less chance a representative to return a phone call in a reasonable time frame if there happens to be a potential problem.
I am very aware that we are not the only St Louis digital t-shirt printing company in our city that is good at what they do. There are a few others that I could recommend as well but what we do better than any other St Louis Screen Printing and embroidery company is simply communication. We actually try to make every effort possible to receive your call with an actual human being. That being said, there are times where we simply cannot get off the phone fast enough because we’re talking to another potential client. However, if you just leave us a message, it is very likely we will call you back within minutes of closing out that last call. Unlike most others, we actually do want to talk to you!
Emails can be a wonderful way to keep track of whatever was presented and agreed upon, but there’s so much to potentially be gained by just two people talking to each other and working things out. It’s our goal to try and create a scenario where people are going to be equally excited to have my company process its order as it is for us to actually receive it. In other words, it needs to be mutually beneficial to everyone involved. If we end up doing our job correctly, the repeat orders will simply take care of themselves. We also depend on referrals as I can’t tell you how many times I’ve answered the phone and they said something to the effect of, you did some custom t-shirts for a friend of mine and they told me they were very happy with not only the completed product but the customer service that you provided.
